LLCL Seminar and Masterclass - Barbed Wire Fever: How Witnesses and Bystanders Are Shaping a Manuscript

Barbed Wire Fever’s first public event was at The School Seminar, a weekly get together with Monash University’s staff and students in Languages, Literary and Creative Studies, Linguistics and Translation Studies.

About 30 people attended a presentation and Q & A on Barbed Wire Fever and what it means to involve witnesses and bystanders in creating a manuscript. The masterclass afterwards with post graduates in creative writing, languages and literature focused on writing about trauma, writing about families, and what it means to write about historical events in an unconventional way.
